General Terms and Acceptance

By accessing sopar baji or registering an account, you agree to comply with all provisions of these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and sopar baji.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Account Registration and Management

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be withheld.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Details

You must provide your correct name, mobile number and email address at the time of registration. If any of the information provided changes, please inform our support team as soon as possible.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password and OTP completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time. sopar baji also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The following methods are currently available for deposits and withdrawals on sopar baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.2 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source. Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account is prohibited. It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal method remain the same.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or banking issue, contact our support team within 48 hours. Keep the transaction ID or a screenshot as proof of the transaction.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members on sopar baji can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

5.1 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• A bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or misuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.

5.2 Right to Modify Promotions

sopar baji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

sopar baji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback applies to the net loss for that week, calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses. The cashback amount is credited to the account automatically and no separate wagering requirement applies to it, though standard withdrawal conditions must be met.

Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

Specific rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots and other games on sopar baji. Each game or betting market may have its own specific conditions, detailed on the relevant page.

7.1 Cancelled or Unresolved Events

If a match or event is cancelled, not held at the scheduled venue or left incomplete, the related bets may be considered void and the staked amount may be refunded — in accordance with the applicable betting rules for each case.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is affected by server issues, game software errors or a connection interruption, sopar baji reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the staked amount.

7.3 Cheating and Fraud

Placing bets via bots, abusing bonuses, collusion or operating an account through any other dishonest method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

Responsible Gaming Obligations
